The Bad: The LG Shine CU720 has a tiny and very sensitive navigation joystick, plus a flat and crowded keypad.
The Bottom Line: Though we had a few quibbles with the phone's design, overall we were pleased with the LG Shine CU720's impressive style and feature set.
