    CNET Review

    July 16, 2004

The Good: Web access to voicemail; call forwarding; calling-card and softphone options are included; low per-minute rates; no cancellation or hardware fees.

The Bad: No support for faxing or call waiting; no redial button or speed dialing; can't use your existing phone number; no 911 service.

The Bottom Line: With its inconsistent call quality and lack of 911 support, iConnectHere won't replace your current phone service but can still save you money on long distance as a second line.
